Single Sign-On (SSO)

Single Sign-On allows your team to log in using your company's identity provider. This improves security, simplifies access management, and provides a seamless login experience.

Setting Up SSO

    Navigate to SSO Settings

    Go to Settings → Security → Single Sign-On

    Select Your Identity Provider

    Choose from the list of supported providers or select "Custom SAML"

    Configure Your IdP

    Copy these values to your identity provider:

    Entity IDhttps://simplyticket.net/saml/metadata
    ACS URLhttps://simplyticket.net/saml/acs
    SLO URLhttps://simplyticket.net/saml/slo

    Enter IdP Details

    Paste the SSO URL, Entity ID, and certificate from your IdP

  5. 5

    Test the Connection

    Click "Test SSO" to verify the configuration works

SSO Enforcement

Configure how SSO is applied to your organization:

Optional

Users can log in with SSO or email/password. Good for gradual rollout.

Required for New Users

Existing users keep password login. New users must use SSO.

Required for All

SSO is mandatory. Password login is disabled for all users.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Keep at least one admin with password login as backup
  • Test SSO thoroughly before enforcing for all users
  • User provisioning via SCIM available for supported IdPs
  • SSO is available on Pro plan and above
